THE FIRST DISCIPLINE
Before the stage, there was the dojo.
Before any stage, there was a dojo. Shotokan karate gave Antony his black belt, and with it what no mirror teaches: respect, silence before effort, calm when everything asks you to react. Weights came later, with improvised bars and plenty of will. That is where the discipline was poured. Cameroon is where he starts, every time.
Chapter 02 · France
THE FORGE
France showed him the machine. Hunger made the man.
France showed him organised bodybuilding: clubs, federations, every machine he had only imagined. The elders of the sport took him in and gave him three rules: be patient, be precise, respect the process. He kept the karate man's rigour and added the sculptor's eye. First France, then Europe, then the world.

From Las Vegas to the world.

Three things the judges see.
On stage, three things count. Symmetry: a body that reads like a drawing from every angle. Condition: hard, dry, clear, every line visible. Time: a physique that wins at thirty and still stands at fifty. Born around 1974, Antony was stepping onto professional stages in his late forties. The pose is where it all comes together.
